Then the Chaga is re-cooked.

Chaga Super High Grade capsules

The first five steps of the production process of the capsules are the same as for the tea.

Proces: Speciaal geselecteerde rijst wordt gepolijst, gewassen en gestoomd

Specially selected rice is polished to white rice, washed and cooked by steaming.

Proces: De rijst wordt vermengd met Monasus Anka

The rice is mixed with Monasus Anka. This is a yeast much used  to ferment food and drinks

Proces: De rijst fermenteert twee weken

The rice is left alone for two weeks to ferment.

Proces: De Rode Koji wordt tot poeder vermalen

The resulting Red Kojiis ground into powder.

Proces: De Chaga wordt vermalen en gemengd met de Rode Koji

The Chaga is also ground and then mixed with the Red Koji at a ratio of 9:1.

Capsules are filled with the Chaga mixture.

The capsules are wrapped in plastic bags and then put into plastic jars.
